No. PropertyCheck is an independent information layer for an address you found elsewhere.
What area is currently covered?
The current beta is focused on the Gold Coast.
Where does the information come from?
The report combines connected government, public and licensed data sources. Source information is shown in the report.
What happens when a source cannot be checked?
PropertyCheck should show the item as not verified rather than inventing a result.
Does PropertyCheck replace professional due diligence?
No. It is an information product designed to help you investigate an address and prepare for inspection. Verify anything important with the relevant authority or professional before relying on it.
